Returns & Exchanges

We offer a hassle free 30 day returns period on any item purchased online at woodspex.co.uk. The item must be in an unused condition with all original packaging intact.

If you wish to return or exchange an item – please email us hello@woodspex.co.uk.

All refunds will occur via the original payment method and are processed within 5 days of receipt of the item.

We are unable to fund return postage costs for any unwanted/incorrectly ordered items.

For any items purchased in store from an authorized Woodspex retailer, please return the item to the place of purchase.

We offer a 90 day warranty on all of our Woodspex purchased directly from our website, against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please email us at hello@woodspex.co.uk to notify us and if the product is considered defective we will replace the item at no cost to you.
